Covid Recovery for All Open Day

After amazing feedback from the first day, we are pleased to announce the second in a series of Open Days aimed at bringing together local communities to support post covid recovery through a variety of wellness practices and workshops designed to improve mental, emotional, and physical health. Organised by Tan-y-Garth Hall Retreat funded by the Lottery Community Fund. 

Thank you to all who attended the first day, everyone's contribution made it such a special event. We are all grateful and encouraged by your feedback;

Tai Chi - "Very enjoyable. James had a very easy calm manner. Class very easy to follow. Will try more"

These events are free to attend and participants can choose to take part in a range of workshops running throughout the day.

You can choose a single session up to a maximum of two sessions in the morning and two in the afternoon bearing in mind that there will be other opportunities as many of the workshops will be repeated throughout the summer.

All sessions will be held on the grounds at Tan-y-Garth Hall Retreat, in the heart of the beautiful Ceiriog Valley.

Please see the SCHEDULE below for further details. Click on each individual session to see description of the content. Note some sessions run at the same time - please ensure you don't double book. We ask all participants to arrive 15 mins prior to their session to allow for parking and registration. Due to limited parking, where possible, please car share.

COVID PRECAUTIONS

In order to minimise the ongoing risk from Covid 19 we have a range of policies in place for this event. These include:

Temperature testing on arrival if indoors.

Limitation of numbers to allow for physical distancing.

Extra ventilation where possible.

Outdoors work when possible.
