To reserve a place please book the relevant "Ticket" below and pay a £50 deposit online. The balance is normally due two weeks prior to the event date.

Onced you have booked you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please reply to this with any special requests e.g. guaranteed single room, special diatry needs (other than vegetarian which is standard for all  our events), etc. 

We will send you an invoice withing a few days of you paying your deposit with details of your balance (less any relevant discount) and when it is due.

The experience of the Covid 19 pandemic has led many people to re-consider their priorities in life and seek alternatives that lead towards a better life balance, improved personal wellbeing and development of their inner self. This weekend, led by Solharra Summerfield, aims to provide a space where people can explore this theme via a process of interactive discussion, yoga posture work and meditation. The weekend is aimed at those who feel they are ready to set out on a new phase of their life and are seeking some personalised guidance to help them on their way. 

Over the weekend Sol will run interactive discussions, meditation and yoga workshops around the theme of kundalini, sharing her experience and knowledge gained from many years of personal practice. She will talk, answer questions and work through feeling responses to participants to provide practical tools that will enhance and develop whatever stage you are at in your own spiritual journey, using this as a starting point to introduce you to ideas and exercises that help personal development and wellbeing.

ABOUT THE RETREAT LEADER

Sol Summerfield is an experienced spiritual life coach with a comprehensive background in psychotherapy, yoga and self-development practices. She studied at Tan-y-Garth Hall for 27 years under it's founder Ken Radcliffe and also under his teacher, Eugene Halliday at Parklands. She has extensive experience as a practicing psychotherapist, is qualified in Neuro-linguistic programming and is a BAC councillor. Her many experiences include working on a TV series in the USA with Ram Dass, the UK TV series 'Wellbeing' with the Pain Foundation, delivering workshops on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and being a facilitator in the UK for Elizabeth Kubler Ross on Out of Body Experiences.

COSTS

N.B. This weekend is offered with a cost of living discount of 33% off the normal prices for all participants. 

Costs assume 2 people sharing a room.

However, a few rooms can be made available for single occupancy, for which a single room supplement of £35 per night is charged i.e. £70 for the weekend). Please enquire about availability before booking by calling 0300 302 1936 during our normal office hours of 10.00 AM - 6.00 PM Wed-Sun.

IHS Members normal price £198 with discount

N.B. We have one discounted residential space for a camper van for £120 which includes the pitch, all meals and use of bathrooms.

N.B. Subject to status Paypal will also give you the option to pay in 3 interest free installments.

N.B. This is an IHS event. IHS events are run according to the traditional values and practices of the International Hermeneutic Society, the charity that owns and runs the Hall. Although IHS teachers are very experienced in their subject, they choose not to be paid. This means the events are offered at lower cost than most commercial retreats and all of your payment goes towards supporting the running costs of Tan-y-Garth Hall.
