Covid Recovery for All Open Day
The fourth in our series of Open Days aimed at bringing together communities to support post covid recovery through a variety of wellness practices and workshops designed to improve mental, emotional, and physical health. Organised by Tan-y-Garth Hall Retreat funded by the Lottery Community Fund.
Thank you to all who attended previous days. We are all very grateful and encouraged by the wonderful feedback these days have received;

These events are free to attend and participants over the age of 18 can choose to take part in a range of workshops running throughout the day. Â You can choose a single session up to a maximum of two sessions in the morning and two in the afternoon bearing in mind that there will be other opportunities as many of the workshops will be repeated throughout the summer.Â
Anyone between the ages of 16 and 18 can attend if accompanied by an adult.Â
Children under the age of 16 can only attend Yoga for Parents and Children with their parent or guardian.
N.B. If you have attend a previous day in this series you can still book for this event to try something new but you can not repeat a workshop you have done before.
All sessions will be held on the grounds at Tan-y-Garth Hall Retreat, in the heart of the beautiful Ceiriog Valley.

We ask all participants to arrive 15 mins prior to their session to allow for parking and registration. Due to limited parking, where possible, please car share.
COVID PRECAUTIONS
In order to minimise the ongoing risk from Covid 19 we have a range of policies in place for this event. These include:
Temperature testing on arrival if indoors.
Limitation of numbers to allow for physical distancing.
Extra ventilation where possible.
Outdoors work when possible.
