About the event

Just like the beautiful spring bees, we must work collaboratively towards one goal. Toward remembering that which we already are. Letting go of the stories and concepts and merging the limited small sense of self back into the vastness of no limitation. Of infinity.

Please click on the "Read more" text below in red for full listing information.

“True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to be truly called yoga, its essence must be embodied.”  ~ Aadil Palkhivala

Our state of life is a result of the stories that we tell ourselves and what we believe is or is not possible. The stories we tell ourselves are a way of finding meaning in a seemingly random and chaotic world.   So often, we sweep ourselves away into the narratives and stories that we identify with - the concepts of our own minds and others. These stories are usually emotionally driven and largely reactive to events gone by. We hold them as a means of defining who we are - these are the stories of our lives.  We imagine future scenarios and events that don't yet exist. Underlying desires that unconsciously drive our actions in the present.  We also become trapped by the narratives that others have created for us based on past actions and behaviours - the stories that others weave and believe about us.

We pick up roles, identities and characteristics as building blocks to create this person, driven by subconscious narratives, collecting and dropping blocks as we like.

During this weekend you will be exploring these ideas through a variety of Yogic techniques and practices.
