Only paid up members for 2022 are eligible to attend our Annual General Meeting. 

Invitations were sent out by e-mail in late December 2022.

 Members  are invited to attend in person to participate.

Alternatively Members may observe proceeding live via a video link. 

(N.B. We are experimenting with this at the request of several Members)

For those members traveling from distance and wishing to take lunch, we recommend pre-booking with the Swan Inn which is a short walk away in Pontfadog village and serves excellent pub food including vegetarian meals.
