As stated in our constitution, only members paid up before 1st April 2023 are eligible to attend the AGM and must attend in person to participate.

For those members traveling from distance and wishing to take lunch, we recommend pre-booking with the Swan Inn which is a short walk away in Pontfadog village and serves good pub food including vegetarian meals.
