About the event
During the weekend we will explore ways of connecting with and nurturing our Soul. We will examine the soul’s ‘Involution, evolution and the response-ability of the individual’.
In yoga and other traditions the breath has long been associated with the breath of God - we will explore the practice of ‘Soul Breathing’- a beautifully simple way of bringing us closer to our ‘Centre’, our Soul, our Godliness. We will also look at the hidden power in the stories we tell ourselves and how we can use it as metaphor, guide and soul food. With screenings and references to popular films. The yoga sessions will suit all so please bring loose comfortable clothing for these sessions.
