About the event

Whenever we experience a disruptive event in our lives, be it physical illness, extremes of emotion or mental stress, our mind body and spirit slip out of balance. This weekend is designed and structured to help you bring those elements of Self back into balance. Creating a greater sense of wellbeing, and opening the door for you to continue your own healing path.

Following the success of our Covid Recovery for All programme and the tremendous feedback we have received about our new team of wellbeing professionals, we are bringing this year to a close with this new type of two day event, comprising;

Guided Meditations - to assist you in setting your own healing intentions.

Tai Chi - connecting you to the universal 'life force' and allowing your energy 'Chi' to flow.

Yoga - remove blocks in your energetic system, and helping you reconnect to Self.

Breathwork - allowing your sub-conscious into the 'driving seat' to clear the most suppressed emotions and past traumas which are preventing you from moving forward.

Art As Therapy - providing safe expression of thought and feeling. To create is to connect to all that is most alive within you.

Nature Therapy - to help you appreciate your important place in the world as part of the 'bigger picture'.

Group Discussions - with experienced practitioners on hand to answer any questions, and bring greater understanding of all that you have experienced.
