About the event
Symptons appearing at the physical level are clues to what is happening at a deeper level within our own being. They help us to see, and to let go of, the blocks or restrictions that get in the way of realising who we are at the depest level. Â
During the weekend we will look at how symptons are an aid to our personal development and how, during times of adversity, the symptioms we experience give us the opportunity to quicken our growth.Â
ABOUT THE RETREAT LEADERS
Lynne spent many years studying Yoga in India and Europe. Since returning to the UK she has continually taught Yoga as her primary vocation most recently as proprietor of The Yoga Centre in Oswestry which she runs with her partner Richard. She was introduced to the work of Eugene Halliday in the early 1980s through Khen Ratcliffe at Tan-y-Garth Hall where she met Richard who began studying there in the early 1990s. Richard gained a Master of Philosophy degree in 1988 and has worked in many organisations to promote individual and organisational meta-centres based on Eugene Halliday and Fred Freeman’s ideas, of which both the Yoga Centre and Tan-y-Garth Hall Retreat are examples.
