Covid 19 Precautions Information
To our many supporters who live in England. Don't forget we are in Wales and under the regulations set by the Welsh Assembly in Cardiff. These tend to be a bit more cautious than those set in London so its' important that you appreciate and respect the differences.
The event is taking place outside in the open air on the verandah and under tarpaulins on the garden terrance adjoining it. This ranks as low risk. Covid protocols will be in place including track and trace sign in. Unlike England, the wearing of masks in public places is still mandatory in Wales. There are special exceptions for hospitality venues which apply to this event. These mean you can remove the mask once you enter the dinning room, verandah and gardens.Â
However, you must continue to ware your mask by law whilst in the hallway and cloakroom/toilet area.
This is a free event but please book your place and car parking space.Â
Car sharing would be appreciated as it means more people can attend becuase parking spaces are limited to 40.Â
N.B. Disabled access to the garden terrace is available by prior arrangment. Call 0300 302 1936.
