The Sole becomes clouded through attachment to ego centred, segregated and ingrained energy patterns. During the weekend we will work on ways of untangling the webs that cloud our sight and lift the veils that distort.

ABOUT TAN-Y-GARTH HALL RETREATS

Each retreat is led by one of our experienced teachers. Study sessions are supplemented by free time to read from our extensive reference library of related books and publications. Alternatively you can use this time to connect with nature by unwinding in the peace of our gardens or by walking in the surrounding countryside.

Retreats at Tan-y-Garth Hall aim to provide participants with the keys needed to work towards the development of their whole being. The aim is to help individuals progressively work towards achieving their own optimal level of human functioning and inter-functioning.
