About the event

The experience of the Covid 19 pandemic has led many people to re-consider their priorities in life and seek alternatives that lead towards a better life balance, improved personal wellbeing and development of their inner self. This weekend, led by Sol Summerfield, aims to provide a space where people can explore this theme via a process of interactive discussion, yoga posture work and meditation. The weekend is aimed at those who feel they are ready to set out on a new phase of their life and are seeking some personalised guidance to help them on their way.

Over the weekend Sol will run interactive discussions, meditation and yoga workshops, sharing her experience and knowledge gained from many years of personal practice. She will talk, answer questions and work through feeling responses to participants to provide practical tools that will enhance and develop whatever stage you are at in your own spiritual journey, using this as a starting point to introduce you to ideas and exercises that help personal development and wellbeing.

N.B. This is an IHS event. IHS events are run according to the traditional values and practices of the International Hermeneutic Society, the charity that owns and runs Tan-y-Garth Hall Retreat.
