About The Event
During this weekend you will be introduced to different yoga styles including including meditation and yoga nidra as well as Tai Chi /Qi Gong.
Suitable for all levels - from beginner to experienced practitioner.
Please bring loose clothing suitable for doing gentle stretching exercise and posture work.

Rose Ann has been teaching yoga over forty five years during which time she has developed a unique style of natural flow yoga rooted in traditional Yoga, of which all other styles form a part.
Residential participant - £215 (includes meals and refreshments plus 2 nights accommodation)
IHS & Rose Yoga Members £198 with discount
Non-Residential participant £145 (includes meals and refreshments only)
IHS & Rose Yoga Members £130 with discount.
N.B. We have one residential space for a camper van which is available for £40 off the above prices and includes the pitch, all meals and use of bathrooms.
£50 deposit with booking. Balance one month before the event.
Residential costs assume 2 people sharing a room.
However, a few rooms can be made available for single occupancy, for which a single room supplement of £35 per night is charged i.e. £70 for the weekend). To pay by debit or credit card select PAYPAL (you do not need to have a Paypal account for this). N.B. Subject to status, Paypal will also give you the option to pay in 3 interest free instalments.
N.B. This is an IHS event. IHS events are run according to the traditional values and practices of the International Hermeneutic Society, the charity that owns and runs the Hall. Although IHS teachers are very experienced in their subject, they choose not to be paid. This means the events are offered at lower cost than most commercial retreats and all of your payment goes towards supporting the running costs of Tan-y-Garth Hall.
