Since opening as the UK's first Yoga retreat 50 years ago, we have offered a range of residential retreats and study weekends in Personal Self-development and Wellbeing, including the Arts, Sciences, Religions, Philosophy and Hermeneutics, along with their practical application to Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi, Qigong, Breathwork, Nature Therapy and other wellbeing practices.
